Patients voluntarily complete short, monthly surveys online using desktops, laptops, tablets and/or smartphones. Centrally-located PCs can also be used, such as those in public libraries and internet chat cafés.
Short monthly survey responses are scientifically scored to produce descriptive and predictive measures of the patient's recovery status.
Patients and caregivers are allowed to filter any information released to outside parties, subject to court-ordered procedures.
The patient's survey responses are confidential and legally protected.
Diagnostic scores and behavioral predictions can be reported, with the patient's consent, to his or her designated support circle and caregivers.
